Refund Policy

Purchases are handled by Paddle
All purchases on this site are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Paddle is your contracting party for the payment, issues your invoice and handles refunds to your original payment method.
When you can get a refund
If something went wrong with your purchase, we want to make it right. You are entitled to a refund in particular if:
- you were charged but the credits were not added to your account;
- you were charged more than once for the same purchase;
- you are a consumer in the EU and exercise your statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of purchase, to the extent the credits have not been spent yet.
Beyond that, we handle requests pragmatically: if you bought a pack and have not used the credits, contact us within 14 days and we will refund the purchase.
What is not refundable
- credits that have already been spent on API operations (the service is delivered instantly at the moment of use);
- free credits granted on sign-up or for promotions (they have no monetary value).
How to request a refund
Email support@dpogoda.dev with the email address of your account and, if available, the Paddle order number from your receipt. You can also use the help link in the receipt email Paddle sent you. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle, typically within 5 to 10 business days.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected by this policy.
